Biomatic Announces Contract with Bayer
and Expansion to Connecticut
WEST HAVEN, CT (August 2002) - Biomatic Technologies Inc. is
pleased to announce its contract with Bayer HealthCare’s
Pharmaceuticals Division in West Haven, Connecticut, to provide
comprehensive on-site services throughout its research and development
facility, said Dr. Joseph Tehrani, president and CEO of Biomatic. The

and validation support for Bayer Pharmaceuticals’ West Haven facility,
allowing Bayer to concentrate on science and technology. Biomatic’s
program will allow Bayer to minimize system downtime and operational
costs while maximizing operational efficiency and enhancing overall
system readiness.

assisting BASF
Corporation Research & Development in its move from Princeton, New
Jersey, to RTP. Biomatic is in the process of relocating several hundred
