Biomatic Announces Expansion
to Research Triangle Park in North Carolina
Raleigh, NC (August 2002) - Biomatic Technologies Inc. announces the expansion of its offices to Raleigh, North Carolina.
The new office provides IQ, OQ, PQ validation and compliance as well as laboratory equipment service and maintenance for the Research Triangle Park area of North Carolina and elsewhere in the region.
The North Carolina office is already working at RTP assisting BASF Corporation Research & Development in its move from Princeton, New Jersey, to RTP. Biomatic is in the process of relocating several hundred laboratory instruments and equipment to various sites in the United States and Europe for BASF, said Dr. Joseph Tehrani, president and CEO of Biomatic. Biomatic has also expanded its services to West Haven, Connecticut, to support the IQ OQ PQ validation and laboratory equipment service and maintenance it is providing at
Bayer HealthCare’s Pharmaceuticals Division
in West Haven, Connecticut. West Haven is home to Bayer’s research in cancer, diabetes and obesity as well as all of the corporation's North American pharmaceutical development.
