Initial Laboratory Relocation
Steps
During the Laboratory Relocation
 |
Tag
each item with system and asset ID; the current and future location; and any
asset information specified by you. |
 |
Pre-calibration,
as needed, of lab instruments before disassembly. |
 |
Pre-shipment
preparation of lab instruments before dismantling, such as
instrument decontamination. |
 |
Disassemble
each lab instrument, ensuring that all systems, components, accessories
connecting tubing, software, cables, manuals and other items are
properly documented, tagged and packed. Each component is packaged
separately, then tagged and packed with each system to assure
each system is properly identified and the original components are
available for faster setup. |

Pack
lab ware, accessories and laboratory spare parts. |
 |
Oversee
and assure the proper handling of hazardous wastes, chemicals,
laboratory samples, etc. |

Manage
and coordinate all sub-contractors. |
Post-Move Laboratory Setup
Once in your new lab, our relocation specialists
re-install each lab instrument and, if necessary, provide PM, calibration or IQ
OQ PQ / PV qualification.
Our multi-vendor compliance specialists are skilled in
handling sophisticated laboratory instruments from numerous manufacturers,
including the custom "mixed" instrument systems found in many
laboratories.
Post-move steps:
