This role contributes to the success of the company by developing and executing multi-vendor validation services to PerkinElmer’s customers. This role is also responsible for providing technical expertise to field service engineers on particular compliance related issues across regions within assigned territories.
Responsibilities:
| Execute validation and repair services on multi-vendor equipment to the PerkinElmer customer base. |
| Develop, write and modify protocols to suit the specific needs of the customer. |
| Present and champion multi-vendor validation services to customers. |
| Identify and drive sales opportunities for further multi-vendor validation services. |
| Present validation and compliance training of regional / territory-based customer service engineers. |
Requirements:
| Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a science related discipline. |
| At least three years of relevant field service experience. |
| Demonstrated comprehensive compliance skill set and multi-vendor knowledge. |
| Proven ability to create, modify and customize IQ/OQ/PQ protocols for a vast array of laboratory equipment. |
| Hands-on experience servicing multi-vendor HPLC, LC-MS, GC and other analytical instrumentation. |
| Experience servicing general laboratory equipment such as centrifuges and / or performing dissolution is strongly preferred. |
