Powerful search utility allows a user to quickly find an item based on virtually every parameter such as manufacturer, serial number, type, etc.

Lists all equipment for review, or only a selected item based on a defined search parameter.

Seamlessly browse through various screens about a single item: From asset information to the financial data, from service cost totals to service and validation histories, and then back to the original screen. All with the click of a button.

Intuitively designed service and validation tracking menu accurately records all aspects of service, PM, validation, calibration, and other services. It features:

Automatic display of information about the instrument including, serial number, model number, asset ID number, manufacturer, and description.
Pop-up data entry of customer information for faster inputting.
Allows date and time entry for services provided.
Allows for description of problems and service engineer comments for resolving problems.
Allows pop-up data entry for equipment parts and associated costs.
Automatic calculation of total cost by adding labor cost (based on number of hours and hourly rate), parts cost, and other charges.
Lists all items or a selected number of items with complete cost information.
Prints individual service and validation reports or all service reports for a single item.
Entry date for the next service, and automatic notification of the user by specified days prior to the next service.
Ease of data entry and customizing screens to display parameters of interest for items.

Security management through sophisticated password assignment and privileges to individuals for complete data security.
